Reservations, terms and conditions
We require either a Visa or MasterCard credit card number with expiry date, CVV number and billing address or a sterling cheque as a secure deposit, in order to confirm a reservation. A deposit equal to the first nights stay will be charged to the card at time of making a reservation.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required for all New Year reservations.
We have a 2-night minimum stay on all weekends, a 3 night minimum during August and a 4 night minimum at the New Year.
We have a 7 day cancellation policy, except during the festivals in August and at New Year, when we have a 14 day cancellation policy.
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us before any refund can be made.
Notice of cancellation received less than the above will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation and no deposit refunds for New Year bookings will be made.
Earliest check-in time is from 13.00 and latest by 22.00 (or by prior arrangement) and check-out is by 10.30 on day of departure.
An estimated arrival time is kindly requested for all reservations.
Payment methods
We welcome payment by cash, sterling cheques supported by a cheque guarantee card and also sterling traveller cheques.
We also accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and most UK debit cards, but please note that there is a 2% surcharge added for credit card transactions. This is only applied to your final bill, NOT deposits.
